Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

• Refer a Friend is offered by FOREXer Ltd, Labuan Malaysia to the Company’s clients.

• Clients of IBs are eligible to participate as the referrer in this promotion.

• Accounts containing bonus credit amounts are unable to have balances transferred between trading accounts. To arrange internal transfers between trading accounts please contact [email protected]

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus offer or promotion.

• By participating in this promotion, both the client and the Referrer (existing client) acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Accounts Terms and Conditions.

• Any Client referred by the Referrer to FOREXer Ltd under the Refer a Friend Promotion, must be a genuine new client that opens a new live account (meaning, not a “demo” account) via the relevant link provided by FORExer to the Referrer during the promotion period) and satisfy the other criteria contained in these Terms.

• The Referrer will be eligible to receive the bonus amount when the following conditions are met:

  • The initial deposit of the Referred Client has been credited into the referred Client’s trading account;

  • The Referred Client’s initial deposit is equal to or more than 1,000 units of his/her trading account (for example if your trading account is denominated in US Dollars, then the minimum initial deposit is 1,000 US Dollars);

• For the purpose of this offer, a new client will be regarded as an applicant or a close affiliate of an applicant who has never registered to apply for a live account with FOREXer and is accepted by FOREXer. FOREXer will in its sole discretion determine whether an applicant is a genuine new client by assessing whether the applicant is associated or affiliated with any other existing account holder with FOREXer, including those with previously closed accounts.

• The Bonus means 250 units of the live account base currency, for example if your trading account is denominated in EURO, 250 EUR will be credit to your account.

• At the end of each calendar month, FOREXer will check eligible accounts and the bonus will be credited to the Referrer's accounts within 5 (5) business days of the next calendar month.

• The Bonus is based on the Referred Client’s initial deposit only and cannot be applied to any subsequent deposits by the Referred Client.

• The Referrer must not promote themselves as an agent, IB or Affiliate of FOREXer Ltd.

• The Referrer is entitled to successfully refer up to 5 new live accounts. Additional referrals will be considered at the discretion of FOREXer.

• Referral bonuses are processed within 5 days of the beginning of each calendar month.

• By participating in this promotion, both the client and the Referrer (existing client) acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Accounts Terms and Conditions.
